We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours.  Handmade cards and other handmade items may take a little longer,  if you order is urgent please contact us.

We currently ship orders to the UK using Royal Mail Second Class, however we may use a parcel service.  If you are outside the UK but would like to place an order please contact us.

We aim to keep postage costs to a minimum and where possible we reuse existing packaging.

Delivery/collection of furniture orders are to be arranged by buyer.  We can offer local delivery, please contact us.

Frenchic orders are available for collection from either Hestia Home Workshop, Thorncliffe, Era of Leek, Leek or Tudor House, Cheadle, we also offer local delivery.  Please contact us.
