Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours.  Handmade cards and other handmade items may take a little longer,  if you order is urgent please contact us.

We currently ship orders to the UK using Royal Mail Second Class, however we may use a parcel service.  If you are outside the UK but would like to place an order please contact us.

We aim to keep postage costs to a minimum and where possible we reuse existing packaging.

Delivery/collection of furniture orders are to be arranged by buyer.  We can offer local delivery, please contact us.

Frenchic® orders are also available for collection from either our Workshop in Thorncliffe, Era of Leek, Leek or Tudor House, Cheadle, we also offer local delivery.  Please contact us.

Next Day Delivery

Wall and trim paint is available for same day/next day dispatch if ordered by 12:30pm.  This applies to wall and trim paint only and cannot be combined with other items.  Orders of 4 tins or less will be sent via Amazon Shipping, with dispatch and delivery available 7 days a week.  Orders over 4 tins will be shipped via APC Monday-Friday. PLEASE NOTE APC do not deliver on Saturdays/Sundays or Bank Holidays.
